Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.  Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and verification. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery. We will only ship to address provided at checkout.

Domestic & International

USPS shipping is used, during checkout it will give you an estimate time when your package will arrive, which usually is 3 to 4 business days. We use DHL Express for International shipping. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Unfortunately sometimes, once shipped, packages go missing or are marked as delivered, yet you have not received them. In this case, you should contact USPS and file a lost or stolen package claim at 800-275-8777 or visit them online at USPS Claims.

No you can't request a custom made blanket, but you can request a custom crochet item the maker has the right to decline if she feels she is not able to make the design to your liking.
