SHIPPING POLICY

Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled.  Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and verification. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout.

USPS shipping is used, during checkout, it will give you an estimated time when your package will arrive, which usually is 3 to 4 business days. 

Unfortunately sometimes, once shipped, packages go missing or are marked as delivered, yet you have not received them. In this case, you should contact USPS and file a lost or stolen package claim at 800-275-8777 or visit them online at USPS Claims.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final. No returns and exchanges. Please contact our support department with any order concerns and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
